Default Seatbelt warming light keeps blinking

I have a Volvo 940. The warming light for the seatbelts keeps blinking. It is caused by the right front seat.
I have tried everything. Now I want to switch that right front seat alarm off.
Does anyone know how to do that ? Please help it is .driving me crazy.
Thanks, Ben

follow the wire from the seat-belt buckle, and somewhere near the back of the center console, there should be a plug, under the carpet.... unplug it. I forget if it has to be open or closed to stop it.
