[RELATED]1993 240, idles a bit rough and will stall/stumble when accelerating after full stop and depressing accelerator pedal swiftly. If I feather the pedal when accelerating then no stall. Other then that runs fine. Air mass meter has already been swapped. Any suggestions?

I'd look at the fuel pump.

 

air leaks around the intake manifold can cause stumbling on acceleration from idle.
