I bought a 1990 240 DL wagon yesterday and I'm having a weird issue with the radio, blower, wipers, and horn. When I turn the key on the radio always comes on and the other items light wipers and horn work perfectly. When I go to start the car, the radio usually goes off, and the wipers, etc. won't work, but occasionally when I start it the radio will remain on and the other items mentioned above will work as intended. Is this some sort of intended function of the car that is working improperly? I should mention that it has an aftermarket radio, but all the functions of it work as normal when powered. Hope y'all have some good ideas. Thanks!

 

Update: Something is wrong with the ignition switch, if you just wiggle the key the smallest amount once the car is running the radio and everything else comes on!
