Does anyone know how to install the Volvo Tailgate Rattle Repair Kit? I have a 93 940 wagon. Kit didn't come with instructions, and dealer was clueless.

The dealer was clueless on how to install it? That is a line of bull. They wont help you unless you have them do it.

 

It is pretty hard to explain without pictures,
Once you remove the door panel remove the upper clips. Match the hole in the metal up to the hole from the metal bracket. Then you will have to fold the metal and install the screws.

I've had the tailgate panel off on a previous wagon, and had a terrible time re-attaching it...could not get all the top clips to attach. Since my rear wiper motor seems to have gotten loose and the panel already rattles, I thought it would be a good time to kill two birds with one stone. Thanks for the info. Seems pretty simple.
