Timing belt 90' 740 turbo wagon

Replaced the timing belt car starts right up but the harmonic balancer is wobbling a lot. Could it be because I didn't tighten the bolt tight enough. Or something else?

Or it may have not been aligned to the notch when you put it on. I would loosen it and make sure it is put on correctly.

or the rubber has dried out and the pulleys aren't lined up with the center hub..
