Turn signals & other functions DEAD!

Nah. There's nothing around the fan, and everything around the battery looks solid. I'm thinking that I may have some corrosion underneath the relay/fuse assembly, so I'm going to check the grounding plate when I get home today. It's a shot in the dark. The first time I removed the kick panel underneath the steering wheel, I was amazed. So many wires, so so many wires.

The A/C and Power windows are related they are tied together.
If the A/C compressor goes bad it will blow the A/C fuse and shut the windows down as well.

Maybe try to find a used turn signal switch.
