Volvo 240 Stall issue
My volvo 240 has been having issues starting the past 3 months, but never had problems once started. Today a minute into driving it stalls out, my battery is at 14 volts, and all fuses look good.
Can I get some feedback? i'll answer any questions you ask.

US model vs international ? US 240's got at least 3-4 different fuel injection systems depending on model year, world market also got smaller engines with carbs and other weirdnesses.
Best thing you can do with a 240 fuse box is to get a full set of the copper/brass Flosser made-in-germany ceramic fuses (available on ebay and elsehwere) and replace every single fuse. clean the spring contacts with a clean soft pink pencil eraser, that will remove corrosion without removing the gold plating.
the brass/copper fuses won't corrode like the original tin ones did, and will last much longer. I use them on my Mercedes' which use the same sort of fuse.

A US model 1988 240 would have LH 2.2 fuel injection.
so... when it doesn't start, does it crank at a good speed ? whats the battery voltage when this happens ?

- fuel system
- fuel pump relay
- fuse holder near battery under hood
- fuel pressure regulator
- AMM/MAF
- ignition
- hall sensor in distributor
- coil
- wiring to coil
- distributor cap/rotor/insulator
- general
- leaks in the air path between the MAF and intake manifold, including hoses to idle air controller
- gummed up throttle body
- gummed up idle air controller
