Question volvo 940 turbo 1994...stalling

hey there
my car takes a few minutes to warm up,its always been that way since i got her , if i dont let it warm up it sputters when i am driving ,, like its not getting enough gas....but if i warm her up shes fine ...
Lately though after warming her up and driving off when i come to a stop or a red traffic light she will sputter when i try to accelerate again and she cuts out and dies . then its difficult to start it again.
i changed the fuel filter but it didnt make a difference.
any idea?
thanx

Having the same problem. Except, when i start mine, she begins to idle nicely. Then after a few seconds(maybe 20), it will start to misfire. If I open the throttle to about 2000 r's, it will smooth out.

After cleaning the IAC, Air Meter and performing most of the Stage 1 tune-up, still has problem.....BUT, now it will idle high when started. Then it will promptly change to a really low, dying idle and die in when put into drive or reverse.

It really seems like an Idle Air issue to me, but maybe it is just me overlooking something...as i do often

Also, no codes present, stalling much more frequently, new fprelay and crank sensor replaced when engine was installed

Giulia, have you checked the codes?
