Take a short piece of wire or a paper clip and jump fuse #4 to fuse #6.If it starts your fuel pump relay is bad, also check the 20 amp fuse located on the inner fender between the battery and headlight relay. These will corrode and cause a no start issue.

Default Test

In order to define from where come your problem you can open the intake hose and to drop some fuel near the carburator or injection system while you try to start the engine, so you will test if it is lack of fuel or spark.

fuel pump relay - tucked under the glove box - give it a nice whack while your cranking. Can't tell you how many of these I've replaced over the years with my three 240s.
