commonest cause of driveshaft vibration is the center bearing and its carrier bushing.
I would probably replace those driveshaft flange bolts if and only if had to disconnect the driveshaft, for instance to pull the transmission, or to R&R the center bearing. if you have to disconnect the driveshaft spline be absolutely sure to mark both sides of the spline so you reassemble it in th exact same orientation, as the assembly was balanced at the factory.

Pierce, I just had drive train (drive shaft) replaced on my 1995 Volvo 940 2.3 sedan/non turbo. The replacement part is a used item and I used the bolts that were on the replaced or original shaft. Is there an urgent need to replace the bolts with new ones. What is the risk, thanks!
