Default 1996 960 trouble starting

my 1996 volvo 960 wagon has a hard time starting up in the morining and sometimes after 6 or so hours of sitting. can there be something wrong with the starters or something? i turn on the car and it stutters and then shuts off. i wait a couple of seconds and try it again and then it turns on perfectly. what could be wrong with my engine? please advise...

thanks

mike

coil packs possibly are bad or are going bad.

Tech could this be a possibility?

Possible but I would look at the fuel pressure and Rest pressure.
