I picked up a 95 volvo 960 from a friend a few months ago for free since he had no use for it. Threw in a new battery and it ran like a champ. But as of late there is times where the car doesnt want to start and if it does start it will run in a rough idle then the car will shut itself off. Can anyone help?

How are the "tune up" items like plugs, cap, rotor, wires? A free car, you'll have to put some TLC in it, nothing is free.
