'94 960 sedan. When I open one or both rear doors, only the 2 front facing map lights in the center light fixture are lit. This is worthless, the rear interior area is so poorly lit. Is it supposed to operate like this?

When I open a front door, the center light and the 2 map lights come on, which is great.

I need the rear doors to turn on the center overhead light, which is the only light that lights up the rear passenger area brightly. In fact it seems like something is wired backwards for the rear doors to turn on the front facing lights instead of the one light that actually illuminates the rear.
