Key stuck
I just finished fixing my 760 ignition switch. I bought the car with drilled out key switch. The other guy drilled too deep and broke the steering column lock shaft. Had to replace the shaft and figured out why the key sticks. The ignition switch spring gets weak and doesn't put pressure on the shaft for the steering column lock. If you press on the the shaft end the key comes out. The key cylinder is fine, it is the ignition switch is the problem. If you do need to remove the key cylinder use a 2mm punch on the top of the steering column there is a hole on top use the punch to release the cylinder.
