resetting service light

3 other volvos but my 96 960 wagon is kinda an orphan..not much info out there..
how do you reset the service light?

I'm not 100% sure about a 96, but I know on my 93 there is a rubber plug that is near the odometer reset that you can pull out, then stick a pin in the hole and it should reset the light.

Certain 96 and 97's are either by the pin OR you have to use a small plug in module on your OBD2 port and it resets it... Bump this to TECH!

There is the answer.
I have a 96 960 wagon as well. That should do the trick.

thanks for the tip!

will try this week! will be selling car soon (after spring "hauling" season is over) -- hate to sell it but i really need to cut down on the cars around my house!
