I have a 88 volvo 760 that i got from an old lady due to the wheel being locked...i got a new key and still nothing i also have used wd40 and a hammer lol but still nothing....can anyone help me please???????

 

These "high security" locks are a major pain! If you have tried everything, and it sounds like you have, you need to drill out the lock and replace the cylinder. You can use a different cylinder and key from any 960, 850, or 760 '88-'90... I have done it, not as bad as it sounds, if the key won't turn, it's the only way.
