~~ Weird Side Marker Lights ~~
Looks like a sedan model? Those markers remind me very much of the ones Saab used on the newer generations (2k MY and up, 9-5, etc)
Usually (at least on the Saabs) you can take a small flat blade screwdriver (jewelers screwdriver, etc) and just pry ***gently*** on the front or rear of the light and it should pop out. I suspect they are held in similar to the red courtesy door jam lights in our cars...To avoid damaging the paint on the car, I would also recommend running a small strip of electrical tape next to the light for the screwdriver to pivot on
