I THINK I have narrowed down to the ECC Console. I have produced a short video to show where I get this theory from.

Have you checked the codes in the diagnostic boxes under the hood?

 

If you can't track it down that way get a ECC from the salvage yard. If that doesn't fix it, take it back for a junk yard credit.
