Most of the time with cars close to 100K florida just exempts it.
The Dealer can connect its OBDII scanner and confirm the milage.(As long as it is a Volvo Dealer)

Where in FLA is it?

Oh ok I was wondering if it were close to me but thats to far away.
See if they have whats called a VST(Volvo system tester) if so they can pull the milage and make sure it is correct.
