seems to want to turn over...then after anywhere from 10-25 cranks, finally turns over and starts..starter seems to be spinning but not engaging?


had the battery checked...but it was ok..what should i do next???

If you can find the starter try to have someone tap it as you turn the key to start it.
When this happens the engine is not spinning at all?

 

stater under the exhaust manifold???

 

The starter is located under the intake manifold on the front of the engine.
