FCP, I got mine last week for $222 with the coupon code. You get OEM Volvo parts.

Good luck installing these in a short time, it was a nightmare for me and othermembers due to the layout and limited space to get to the bolt on the engine block at the front, and the bolt holding the lines to the block passenger side directly behind the subframe..

The bolt at the front was so impossible for me to get to thanks to the AC compressor bolt getting in the way, I just broke out my trusty bolt cutter, grabbed the old lines and started ripping up ****!

Seems like now's the time the lines get leaky on these cars..

I agree that this job is a pain in the butt. I have mine apart and still trying to get the lines back into the thermostat unit whiich is attached to the engine block. According to a parts source, the lower hose (right angle bend) attached to the radiator is the inlet and upper hose is the outlet.

I removed the thermostat housing from the block by using a long, sharp chisel since the Torqx part of the screw heads turned and stripped. I plan on replacing those with #7 metric cap screws. I could sure use a picture of how those hoses install to the thermostat side.

Currently I am trying to align the new, remanufactured hoses to reattach them and find that one will not seat as low as the other. I'll post more and maybe some pics if I ever get it done. I am thinking maybe this car is for sale soon.
