Cam seal question

Default Cam seal question

I removed the camshafts before i took off the cam sensor and rotor brackets. Anyone no how to hold the shaft still so i can remove these. The sprockets are still on.

An impact wrench would zip those off such that you wouldn't need to hold them.

Duh. I have a new Milwaukee impact wrench right to. Hey with the cams aligned do you know which way the rotor points?
