The best way to bleed it is to let it run with the cap off and rotate the steering wheel from lock to lock several times. It might take a while, but eventually, it will bleed out.

The term "power steering fluid" scares me. Use ATF and like Johnny Mullet said just run it rack to rack several times to bleed it. I accidentally mixed ATF and "power steering fluid" in my wifes old Jeep and it turned into a gelatinous goo that didn't work well.

Warning to your wife, if you have one, her turkey baster is at threat level red. The only thing you can do if you mix them is to suck it all out of the tank, refill with ATF, run it lock to lock a few times, suck it all out again - rinse, lather, repeat.

Keep going until it is clear.
