Default ECC Blower Motor Resistor

I'm looking for some advice or tips on replacing a blower motor resistor for a 1995 turbo wagon with Electronic Climate Control. I live in northern Michigan and the weather is starting to get cold. It would be nice if I had heat again.

Thanks for the help.

Default RE: ECC Blower Motor Resistor

Remove the lower dash panel on the passenger side. Then remove the knee bolster(Black metal bar)
Then you will see the resistor (black box with 1 t-15 screw)
