Flickering hazards

Default Flickering hazards
my '96 850GLT has flickering hazards. It intermittant, while driving and even when parked and the key isn't even in the ignition....any suggestions?

Possibly the hazard switch is going bad. unplug the switch and see if it continues to be a problem.
