Default Full size spare?

I found a single factory wheel for sale, cheap, and I'd like to have a full size spare.

I've got a bunch of junk in the car currently, which I suppose is the curse of owning a wagon. Before I spend all the time digging everything out and pulling a wheel off my car, I was wondering if somebody happens to know offhand if a full size wheel / tire combo (205/55-16) will fit in the spare tire well, and leave me with a flat floor.

Thanks

I have had a full size spare in my wagon since I got the car. Yes the floor sits flat however, you have to work the rear panel closed.

This is good news for me, as I was going to ask this question and am glad to hear that a full size wheel/tire combo will fit my sedan.
