Default HEADGASKET REPLACEMENT

hi everyone, i need to do a headgasket on a non-turbo 850. any special tools needed?

You should use a special tool to remove and install the cam cover but it cam be done without it.

what can i use in place of the volvo tool? do you have a jig i could copy or a link to a web page with info.

There is a picture somewhere here on the site people have made the tools. Some have used c-clamps and wood to compress it.

I've seen the C-clamp and wood method used that tech mentioned. Worked pretty well for the guy doing the job
