Any suggestions for what must be a clog in both of the wiper (pissers) on my 850 Wagon? They wipe fine but no fluid comes out.

 

When you open the hood look at the top of the bumper. You will see a little gap at the back. There should be hoses in there. There is also Valves that go bad.
Check from the big hose and see if fluid comes out. If so then most likely the Valve is bad.
