lose the two 10mm radiator bolts on each side of the relay cover. The radiator will pull away towards the engine. Once it gets far enough away from the radiator support the relay cover will pull up and expose everything you are looking for.

Just realized that Ronzara never did say how the new hoses worked or if he ever figured out what was up on his collapsed hose problem ??
