How to tell if it's a T-5R.
Hi guys
Im thinking about buying an Volvo. But Im not sure if it's a turbo or a T-5R.
its a station wagon and a 1995 model. It's supposed to be 240 hp on the registration but I want to be sure.
I hope Im clear
are there any clear symbols if I go and take a look at the car ?

YV1LW58 (L=850, S=Sedan, W=Wagon, 58=T-5R). If you see 57 that is a turbo, 222 HP. The 58 is the 240 hp.
Other than that, the '95 T-5R's came in Black, Yellow and Green. The black and yellow were shipped to the USA. A few green wagons were special ordered. The only other real tale tale sign is the seats, they look like this.

YV1LW58 (L=850, S=Sedan, W=Wagon, 58=T-5R). If you see 57 that is a turbo, 222 HP. The 58 is the 240 hp.
Other than that, the '95 T-5R's came in Black, Yellow and Green. The black and yellow were shipped to the USA. A few green wagons were special ordered. The only other real tale tale sign is the seats, they look like this.

thanks for the fast reply.
the seller also told me that it had a 6 disk magazine.
I went to wikipedia and from what I understand the T-5R only came with the magazine (reference needed )
is that true ?
