Have a quick question. I bought an Infinity basslink and I have a SC-815 HU. Is the AMP out on the back just a low level audio source? And do I just need a 6pin DIN to RCA adapter? And if so where do you get those, like can you go to car toys or is more like a special order thing?

Its a 1996 Volvo 850. No GLT or Turbo. I added the premium sound system SC-815. It used to be just the tape deck and radio model. And I still want to use the stock speakers and HU's amp for the speakers. Just want to add the basslink for now.

Buy or make the DIN to RCA adapter for audio signal to the Basslink. Basslink can also use high level input wires from a pair of speakers(typically rear ones,closer to the equipment). Remote turn on can be run from antenna output of amp or middle pin of DIN cable. IIRC, if you remove the yellow shunt on the harness it will auto turn on when receiving an audio signal so you would not need the remote wire hooked up. Good luck.
