my front wheel wobbles when i push at the twelve oclock position when wheel is in the air but not when on the ground i retorqued axle nut to spec is a little play in ball joint but the movement in wheel is dramatic is it the ball joint or maby the hub thanks

I would think maybe balljoint but I would have to see to confirm 100%.

 

I would suspect balljoint as well. If the wobble was side to side I would suspect the wheel bearing

 

Check your control arm bushings. Mine had a bad one and allowed the wheel to move.
