Ok I ran across a 1994 850 Turbo FS. The guy states that the battery died and he replaced it and now the Electronic Climate Control does not work. Is this an easy fix or is this guy not know what the heck he is talking about. Never heard of this happening but maybe it is something with Volvo's. He said he does not know why and maybe something has to be reset...what ya think? Is he full of BS?

thanks guy's I might pass on this car for now, it is cheap but the odo. stopped working at 48,000 miles and he has no clue about the milage on the car. It also come to find out is a Salvage title car. This alone would not scare me but this and the other things compounding this that are wrong I think I will look some ka little longer. The guy really has not much knowledge of what has been done or not done and I do not want a money pit.

 

You can always pull mileage from the ecu on this car, but id definitely walk away from a salvage title car.
