Messed up timing

Messed up timing
So I’m almost done with my timing belt job and did a huge mess up at the beginning. I forgot to align the timing before hand and I’ve already replaced all the parts (water pump, pulleys, tensioner, etc.) I tried to rotate the engine but I think I messed up the cam shaft timing as well? Does anyone know how to fix it before I put the belt back on? I already got the belt on through the bottom, but I don’t want to continue while I still have to fix the timing. Any help is appreciated!!

They were intended to be locked on the back end of the cam and the crank was locked using a pin under the starter. I don't have any of the special tools for that, though, and I always go by the timing marks. This doc here does a good job of showing the timing marks, but the crank is a little tricky.

You'll find a ton of threads on the timing belt and lots of youtube videos. It was the most discussed repair procedure back when these cars were common daily drivers.
If you are concerned mainly about the rotation itself, all I can say is be careful. If something hits, you'll know. In theory, the crank "locked" position was safe; none of the pistons at TDC. I don't guarantee that.
