My 850 won't start.
Ok, I lost my license for about a week (literally, and the DMV wouldn't issue me a new one till I got some paper)
So today I tried to start my '95 850 Turbo and it started to turn over then completely stopped. Now this happened once before and Triple A came and got it working. But this time it is different because it just makes a clicking noise now. It has been very cold (I live in NJ) so I think that has something to do with it.
I am not sure exactly what it could be but two things i noticed was my clock said "12:00" when it was really 7:00 and my interior lights were very dimm.

Well, it certainly sounds like a defective/dead Battery, So first charge it up, then double check your solenoid and your ignition..it cannot start until you get it to turn over, so once that is achieved then we can move forward...GL
just jump start it and then take it for a spin for about 30 minutes. That should charge it enough to start it again next day - if your battery is still good. If not then better replace the battery.
if the battery doesn't hold the charge most likely could be for one of 2 reasons,
1...Bad Battery
2.Bad Alternator
Most likely one of those, and if you never changed your battery...may be a good time to do so...

+1 for changing the battery. I would avoid cheap franchise brand. I would go with something like The Interstate Battery.
I personally like to avoid jump starting a modern car as much as I can, unless there is no alternative. I would like to take the battery out of the car and charge it with a charger but that is just me.
