got the engine light on? check the codes.
could be vacuum leak. could be plugs/wire/cap/rotor.
when i 1st got mine it was sluggish on take off...and then at 3-4k rpms it would studder (when boost came on) plugs/wires/cap/rotor fixed the issue for me. Studdering can be a misfire issue. And not making power when the boost comes on can also be misfire...or engine running rich....or turbo not making proper boost.
Get the codes.
check over the plugs/wires/cap. look for cracks ect. if they seem old, just replace them. Itll run you $150 for those parts, but its a worth while tune up even if it doesnt solve your problem.
Look over vacuum hoses. There are plenty of them under the hood, but even 1 missing/broken will cause plenty of issues.
What does your boost gauge do? If it stops building boost early then that can be a clue a tuneup is needed.

There's no check engine light ... I replace the spark plugs *problem remain*...I pulled the wires n OMG one of them had cobwebs on it lol..I'll try what nitrosport says and replace the cap, rotor n wires...if that don't work I'll get back to you guys...thanks *and one more problem, my boost gauge is stuck in the middle, I bought it that way...never got around to fixing it, so I have no idea if I'm actually getting full boost*
