need help with several problems!

I have a 1993 Volvo 850. Automatic- no turbo. The first problem I have is randomly the Low engine oil light will be on when I start the car. Other times not. The oil level on the stick is fine. Can someone tell me where the sensor is so I can either clean the connection or replace the sensor. Problem number 2 is the windshield wipers & squirters will randomly stop working. It doesn't happen much but it did today. Tomorrow they will probably work. Fuses all check out good. Car has 113,000 miles. There are a few other minor problems but can someone help with these. I have a Chiltons book but it does not really help. Only fuses I know of are underneath the hood in front of the driver side windshield!
