OBX Exhaust and now 16psi and fuel cutoff?

I saw once on someones exhaust housing that the wastegate flap/valve stick. Have you checked it? Take off the rod and make sure the flap moves freely. Also, vacuum test the wastegate actuator.
Keep in mind, the CBV lets off boost thats already built so your after how the boost built.
