thought i had fixed this replaced rear rotors (discs) pads ,shoes,all springs all ajusted correctly and still i have a poor parking brake any ideas

 

Sounds funny but maybe drive a little with the handle slightly up to seat everything correctly.

 

If everything is replaced, it's got to be in the adjustment, either at the brake handle or more likely at the shoes.

...have you actually replaced both cables? If not, have you pulled them out to make sure they are sliding smoothly? Thisis a common part to fail in that they rust out and seize at the body attachment point, usually because the plastic housing breaks and lets water in.

 

have not replaced the cables but with the drums off you can see everything moving ok ,someone has said its the non gen shoes dono why that would make a difference ,its weird cable,shoes,rotor, car stops no it dosnt .think ill strip it all down again clean ruff up the shoes rebuild and adjust run wi the handbrake on then re adjust .anybody think its the shoes or cable

 

I think you are on the right track try roughing up the shoes and readjust and try again.

 

The way I deal with the parking brakes is to get the shoes centered by adjusting the star adjuster to a point where they just grab, spin the wheel a couple of revolutions and it will slack off again, re tighten the star adjuster and spin it again. It takes 4 or 5 iterations to get to the point where they no longer slack off after spinning. At that point back the star adjuster off a click or two and then adjust the cables from the center console.
