Hello everybody ! From 4 nights I`ve tried to read as many posts as posibles from this wonderful forum ! You guys are doing a great job!
I`m far far away - East Europe - Romania, a small country and I have an 850 T5 1996 wagon beast .

I need a little help: in my photo, there is 2 question painted marks.
1. What is this conection for - on the left (left question mark) ? I don`t know where the wires are going from.There must be a sensor or something like that, maybe a valve (electric) ?...
2. That circle little tub conection (is fixed on the main Turbo air duct -I painted thin red) has to be really Fixed there ?

I ask these because I discover there is a lot of dirt (sticky oil and dust) all over in that area, and this rubber conection(little hose) is not fixed on the Turbo air duct at all. Can be a vacuum problem here or false air ? Is a good advice to try to remove this air duct and clean ?

They need to stay connected it is part of the engine vent system.
The rubber might be getting to old and starting to leak. I see it all the time.
Im not 100% sure what the valve thing is I can never get any info for what it is there for.

 

The oil that I found around the rubber conections is from the turbo - for sure. I have a better picture now.
That`s what I am talking about, I removed it from my car today. The conection has 2 wires and I still don`t know what it is...

Tech, thank you for your previous answer - I will try to put some HighTemp Silicone around the square-shaped rubber.

I cannot find any info at all about what exactly it is (Valve) I know it is part of the crank case vent system.
