Default Puzzling 850 stall and no start issue

Here is what happened.

Have had a slight sputtering/lack of power issue on my 95 850 NA 5speed wagon. Thought it might be the MAF, tried to replace that and when I put the new (non Bosch) part in it wouldn't Idle and cut out under anything more than 1/3 throttle.
yesterday I was driving and when I came out of a store and got in the car to leave it stalled on launch. It happened 1 more time within a couple minutes. I then pulled up to the light and when I went to launch it stalled and would not start. It sputters after let off the throttle albeit very slight.

Previously replaced.

Plugs
Wires
cap
Rotor
Fuel Filter

What I have checked

Spark to all cylinders
Fuel pressure above 40psi on the rail
Timing belt not broken
Cam shaft is not snapped
checked the Throttle position sensor (a week ago before the car stopped)
Also tried the Floor it and crank it for 30 seconds to 1 minute

I am at a loss as to what might be going on. any thoughts?

It had been showing the 1-2-1 code but that was it. Now that you ask I realize I did not run the codes after the stall out. I am taking a half day tomorrow so that I can go Diagnose as best I can and see what happens.

If you have a code you need to go from there. If not you likely have a fuel pressure problem, like a bad fuel pump relay.

Is it possible to have 40+ lbs of pressure at the rail valve and it not going to the injectors. Also I shot enough starting fluid in it (downstream of the MAF) to launch a Triton 4 missile and didn't get even a sputter.

So it is not the Crank Shaft Position sensor (replaced it no start)
All of the injectors are powered and operating
No CEL
Still have fuel pressure

I am going to try switching out the coil as it is old and even though I am getting spark it may not be enough for ignition.
