Man, If that dealer didn't know that...... Then what else would they not know under your hood during service! Food for thought!

I wish these people with all the problems like that were near me.
We are a Volvo specialist and not a Dealer and we can pull the Milage on the same car.

Take your time man. I'm sure there are plenty of Volvos out there for the picking, though that platinum sure is SWEET! Do yo have an independent place near you that might be able to help you in pulling that mileage since the Stealer closes before you can get there?

What's your spending limit? There's an absolutely GORGEOUS 97 850R wagon for sale in Pompano Beach , FL. I wouldn't mind picking it up for myself, but I've got too many cars and projects as-is. Heck of a long way from you, but maybe some of the members on here could form a driving chain to get it to you! Any takers? Tech, maybe you could start it off!

Here's the dealer site:

You should be able to find one a heck of a lot closer than that. I seem to always find them in Calif when I'm looking.

It looks very clean, but.... I noticed when I looked the photos over again that in the picture of the dash, they have something black in front of the service, CEL, ABS and TRACS lights. How many of those do you suppose are on?

Would be a good bargaining point for a lower price, though. Could be some pretty simple fixes.
