Hi

I tried to turm my manual sunroof into an electric version.

I bought,

sunroof motor
control module
switch
& cover trim with lights in

I found the wiring harness to the roof & made up a patch cable to get the electrics to the control module.

But then i realised there was no where to mount the motor, if i take the manual winder assembly off.

I think I have outwitted myself!

Is there a different mounting assembly for the motor than the manual version?

My assumption was take the handle off & fit the motor it now appears to be wrong.


Any thoughts!

I think there is an assembly you will need to buy.
See if you can find a car in a salvage yard near you to look at and see what else you will need.
