That's what I figured. If it did, I don't even know what would pump the oil through the cooler.

I was curious whether or not the manual transmission equipped 850s have the same radiators as the automatics.

This is all assuming that the transmission fluid flow for my 95 850 goes from the top of the factory cooler to the bottom of the cooler back to the transmission. I'll know for sure tomorrow!
Any suggestions? Thanks!
Nice writeup! Thanks!

How's it working for you?

Most places will carry one radiator that has both the transmission and engine oil coolers. If it's not a turbo you just leave the plugs in the engine oil cooler ports. If it's not an automatic again you just leave the plugs in the cooler ports on the transmission cooler.

The same radiator will fit them all. It is sometimes cheaper to get a radiator with just the coolers you need or don't need.

As for temperature, some of the coolers have thermostats and bypass the fluid until a certain temp is reached (usually 160/180). That way it doesn't matter if the cooler is pre or post radiator. The fluid still gets warmed up by the radiator and the aux cooler will only shed heat if it's needed.
Or you can add one on.
