I have a working turbo taken from my wrecked Volvo 850. It's a TD04HL-16T, and the part number is 1275663. Made in Japan.

Is the turbo worth anything? It has not been rebuilt, but is all original with tubing attached, etc. Car had about 97,000 miles.

It's been sitting in my garage for a few years and needs to go away. If anyone is interested or has recommendations (ebay?) let me know.

I think you need to decide if you are going to sell it and how much. Once you decide we can talk. I'd buy it if it were reasonable.

 

I think the question is what is a used 16T turbo worth... Note this is a popular upgrade for 850Ts so it has some value. You can compare to other asking prices on eBay and car-parts.com (use a V70 as a reference for other 16Ts) or simply post on the Volvo Classifieds board in this forum. You'd need to be able to answer whether its in good working order (97K is not a lot a miles for an OEM turbo - no reason to assume it needs a rebuild from that alone). I have 200K on my 850T's original turbo and its still well behaved.
