Default V70R Exhaust manifold

Gains of using a V70R exhaust manifold. What are the gains of using the v70R exhaust manifold, I can get one locally for 180$ is it worth it?

I'm also guessing that it will do exactly squat for you without a (larger diameter) aftermarket exhaust.

Yeah, you can put on a more free flowing exhaust manifold, but without a larger exhaust for all of that extra flowing air to go, imo, it's kind of pointless. There's a lot of other things that $180 could do you for you that would be more beneficial if your car is stock.

Ive also heard it lowers exhaust temps, I have a punched out CAT at the moment, but plan to go obx exhaust eventually. for 180$ what mods would you make? I already have a nice high flow cone air filter, IPD CBV, silicone I/C lines, Bilstein touring suspension, IPD hd swaybar endlinks. IPD strut brace, I want to go with a better turbo eventually as well.

How'd you mount the PTC nipple? and what parts did you use and where did you get them?
