You have to remove the exhaust manifold to expose the vent box. Normally you just replace that along with associated plumbing instead of cleaning. Do a search for PCV on the 850 forum and there's a "How to"..
The smoke issue is gone.
I removed the PCV from the top of the valve cover and ran a vacuum line under the trim piece on top of the engine down the front of the engine and dump it out under the car.
Then I took another vacuum line and connected it to the now free laying piece of PCV tubing that was connected to the top of the engine and ran it down the back side of the engine and dumping it out under the car.
I made sure that both vacuum lines that I used would not be in the way of anything, like the cooling fan or the exhaust.
Does it look pretty?
No.
But now there is no big cloud of smoke when you are sitting in the drive through.
