No you still not got it , its a blind bolt that fits in the transverse arm it goes horizontally through the bushing holding it to the arm
then the two bolts with nuts fit through the arm holding it in place this is what im talking about that bolt you see in center of trailing arm bush
Ok that's pointing to what holds on the "anchor arm" but some refer to it as the trailing arm bushing others call it the delta link bushing... I've never done those before, only the trailing arm bushing that bolts to the body in front of the wheel... I'm thinking that's one of the 37 ft/lb +150deg - which would make sense since a bolt that size would not want to be torqued past 50 . Maybe you can search using the part number (9181013 = L, 9181027 = R) or call a web store or dealer and see if they can find the spec in VIDA for you.
its not the delta link bushing that is the one on the floor in the photo,that picture is the trailing arm bush
