What do you make of this noise on startup?

Above is a short video I took after letting my car sit for two days. About 15 secs into it I crank it over and there is a metallic vibrating sound coming from below the engine or so it sounds. After making the noise for 1-2 secs it goes back to normal. Sometimes my car sits for 4 days, and the sound is worse. When it sits for 1 day or less the sound is not decernable.
Thoughts? I can't really take it to a shop to diagnose, because it would have to sit for a few days before they crank it over.
Also, here is another video of my car's oil dipstick.

Watch at about 15 secs into it, after I pull the dipstick. Is the smoke coming out of it indicitive of a clogged PCV system? It doesn't look like much. The reason I ask is because I do have a small oil leak coming from under the engine but from what most people have described, the RMS leak is like floodgates opening. I've been losing a 1/2 quart every 3 months for the past 2 years, not really a lot of oil compared to what others are reporting.

Next time you do an oil change put a quart of automatic tranny fluid in with the oil. I had a sticky lifter problem with mine on startups-ticking.
It wont hurt at all, and it should resolve the start up noise.
If not, it will clean your inside out.

OK, just found this thread:

I also found a step by step instruction on how to do it. I get tools on Xmas, can't wait .
Thanks tech.

Have you heard of any issues with using ATF oil in the engine? I did a quick search and it came back as not really being recommended, one article even mentioned it might break down gaskets and seals in the engine and cause the engine to start burning oil. Is there another treatment I can do that won't hurt the engine but clean it out? I have 140,000 miles on my 850 NA.
Or do mechanics think that it won't effect our engines? I just worry about hurting my car more!
thanks

Yeah I was thinking just an engine flush with some of that snake oil stuff, although I saw a post over on another volvo forum talking about how seafoam really screwed up the guys engine, so I'm skeptical right now. I want to clean it out because I doubt it's ever been done, but I don't want to fix it if it ain't broke ya know !
