Default Automatic Trans. Fluid Check

Cannot seem to find the dipstick or reservoir for transmision fluid on 2001 C70 LPT[:@]

[sm=headbang.gif] Check owners manuel , shows where it should be ,but not there.

It is hard to find it is usually hidden by hoses and wires.

Look good around things for a yellow dipstick.

If[:-]there was a problem with my trainy would the light come on?

Im getting a vibration when I put it reverse?

No it isn't sealed if you can climb under and look for the tube then follow up.

I feel your pain! As TECH mentioned it is exactly where your manual shows it...............however................you have to push aside the large hose that covers it. The dip stick has a yellow **** on it. By the way, if you have a 2001 DO NOT LET ANYONE OTHER THAN VOLVO CHANGE THE FLUID. It takes a special fluid that the instant oil places does not carry. There are a zillion postings on this site about the Asin/Warner that is installed on your Volvo.
